The Finca
Tucked away in the heart of Sóller’s lush valley, Finca Can Coll is a beautifully restored Mallorcan estate that combines timeless elegance with the relaxed spirit of Mediterranean living. Available exclusively for private long stays, the entire finca offers a sense of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the spectacular Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
INTERIORS
The finca features 8 to 10 double rooms, each thoughtfully designed to respect the property’s original Mallorcan architecture. Every room and suite is unique in layout and character, preserving the authentic charm of the historic estate.
All rooms feature high-quality king or queen-size box spring beds from Fennobed, dressed in fine linens for a restful sleep, and each includes its own ensuite bathroom.
Simplicity meets comfort in the interior design, a blend of traditional stone, soft natural fabrics, and warm tones that create an inviting, homely atmosphere. Some rooms open onto private terraces, perfect for enjoying the morning light or an evening glass of local wine. Every window frames a view, either the majestic Tramuntana Mountains or the lush gardens of the estate, bringing nature into every corner of the house.
The finca also offers a fully equipped indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining, allowing guests to enjoy Mediterranean living in its purest form.
OUTDOORS
Surrounded by olive and citrus trees, the outdoor spaces of Finca Can Coll are designed for pure relaxation and connection with nature. Guests can wander through beautifully landscaped gardens, unwind by the large swimming pool, or find a quiet corner beneath the palms and bougainvillea.
For leisure and play, the estate features a petanque court, ping pong table, and giant outdoor chess, offering both fun and tranquility in a setting of natural beauty.
A series of terraces and shaded patios invite outdoor dining and long conversations under the stars. The finca also includes private parking for up to 12 cars, ensuring both comfort and convenience for extended stays.
Here, life slows down. Days begin with birdsong and the scent of orange blossoms, and evenings end with golden sunsets over the mountains.
Finca Can Coll was born from a love of Mallorca,its people, its wines, its gastronomy, and its way of life. For years, we shared this passion through our boutique bed & breakfast.
Today, as we dedicate ourselves to new projects, we open our home in a different way, for those who wish to slow down and truly live the island. A place for rest, inspiration, and simple pleasures in the heart of Sóller.
